Inside the Kpone Factory — What Rebirth Looks Like

In 2021, a fire tore through the original Faytex factory. Machinery. Stock. Years of work — gone in a single night.

What rose from that ash is something bigger than any of us imagined. The Kpone Factory now runs three production lines, produces more than 12 million pads a month, and employs over 200 Ghanaians. Every pad you hold today passes through hospital-grade quality control, hypoallergenic top-sheets, and rigorous absorbency testing.

This is what rebirth looks like. Not a comeback — a step-change. And we're only getting started.
